At HAVEN we value the significance of providing clear information about a vacation home’s layout to guests during their search and stay. Below, we’ve structured the descriptions in a way that takes you through the home, starting from the main entry and concluding in the upstairs guestroom.

1st Floor (Downstairs):

Guestroom 1: Sink into the comfort of a queen-size bed, ample storage in the closet and dresser and entertainment options with a smart TV.

Laundry Closet: Experience convenience with our fully-equipped laundry closet, boasting a washer, dryer, and all the essentials you’ll need for effortless cleaning.

Common Area Full Bathroom: Unwind in our common area full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Towels and bathroom amenities are provided for your stay.

Kitchen: Discover culinary delights in our gorgeous kitchen, complete with a spacious island and seating for 3. Equipped with a large fridge, gas oven/range, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, microwave and more.

Dining Area: Gather around for good food and conversation at the dining table which can accommodate 8 guests, complemented by 3 additional barstools at the kitchen island.

Living Area: Relax in the large sectional sofa by the gas fireplace enjoying entertainment on the big screen TV.

Guestroom 2 (Master Bedroom): Retreat to the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, smart TV, dresser, walk in closet and a sliding door for direct hot tub access. The large en-suite bathroom offers a gorgeous walk-in shower large enough for 2 ;) Towels and bathroom amenities are provided for your stay.

2nd Floor (Upstairs):

Guestroom 3: Perfect for a family of 6, enjoy the comfy vibes of the upstairs bedroom, fitted with a queen-size bed, a queen bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with a combination shower and tub. Towels and bathroom amenities are provided for your stay.

Outdoors:

Back Patio: Step outside to a haven of relaxation, complete with outdoor seating, a 36″ Blackstone grill, and a hot tub. The adjacent grass area provides a perfect space for the kids to play.

Hot Tub: Accommodating up to 6 guests, our hot tub invites you to unwind after a long day hitting in slopes or sinking that hole in one.

Garage: Though cars can’t park here, the garage offers a unique experience with an arcade machine featuring over 3,000 games and a life-size chess board. Fun awaits beyond the parking space!

Parking: 3 parking spots are available on the driveway. Additional vehicles can park at the club house.

More Information:

Door Access: Keyless entry: The home is accessed by a front door digital keypad. On the day of arrival, once the home is ready, guests will be sent the door code to access the home.

Guest Access: Guest have access to entire property.

Pets: NO PETS of any kind allowed on the premises.

Smoking Policy: NO SMOKING of any kind on the premises.

Quit Time: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, so we do not allow parties of any kind. Please respect quiet hours between 9:00am-8:00am.

Mid Stay Housekeeping: Guests staying longer than 1 week can request housekeeping services at an additional fee. Please contact the property management company for more information.
