1st Floor (Downstairs)

Guestroom 1:
Relax in a cozy room featuring a twin bed with a convenient pull-out trundle along with ample closet space for your belongings.

Bathroom 1:
Freshen up in our well-suited half bath, equipped with a single vanity and essential toilet facilities and toiletries.

Kitchen:
Embrace your inner chef in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to stay in and prepare delicious meals. The spacious countertops make cooking a breeze.

Dining Area:
Gather around a large dining table accommodating eight guests, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. It’s the perfect spot for enjoyable meals and lively conversations with friends and family.

Living Area:
Unwind in our inviting living room, furnished with plush sofas and chairs, and a large smart TV for your all entertainment needs.

2nd Floor (Upstairs)

Guestroom 2:
Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in a room featuring a king-sized bed, a spacious closet, and a smart TV for your entertainment.

Laundry Closet:
Make use of our convenient laundry closet, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and all the amenities you need to keep your clothes fresh and clean.

Guestroom 3:
This room is a haven for the little ones to rest and dream after a day of adventures. A delightful collection of children’s books sparks their imaginations and 2 twin beds to keep them cozy at night.

Bathroom 2:
Refresh in our full bathroom, complete with a combination tub/shower, a large vanity, and all the toiletries and towels you require for a comfortable stay.

Guestroom 4 (Master Bedroom):
Experience comfort at its best in our master bedroom, featuring an en-suite bathroom, a generous walk-in closet, and a smart TV to unwind after exploring North Idaho.

Bathroom 3 (En-Suite Master Bath)::
Indulge in our en-suite master bathroom, furnished with a modern walk-in shower, a vanity, and a toilet. Toiletries and towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

Garage:
Enjoy the convenience of a spacious two-car garage, complete with an EV charger for the eco-conscious traveler.

Outdoors:
Relax on our charming front patio with seating for two, or enjoy the inviting back patio furnished with Adirondack seating, a propane fire pit, and a BBQ grill for delightful outdoor gatherings.

Parking:
Parking is a breeze with on-street availability for one vehicle in the front, and space for two additional vehicles in the garage or back driveway.

More Information:

– Door Access: Keyless entry: The home is accessed by a front door digital keypad. On the day of arrival, once the home is ready, guests will be sent the door code to access the home.

– NO PETS of any kind allowed on the premises.

– NO SMOKING of any kind on the premises.

– Quite Time: This home is located in a quite neighborhood, so we do not allow parties of any kind. Please respect quiet hours between 9:00am-8:00am.

– Mid Stay Housekeeping: Guests staying longer than 1 week can request housekeeping services at an additional fee. Please contact the property management company for more information.
